Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Fee

1. Free shipping on purchases of HK $350 or above (Hong Kong & Macau only).
2. If your order is less than HK $350, a shipping fee of HK $30 will be charged (Hong Kong & Macau only).

Delivery Methods

1. Deliver to the customer’s provided residential or business address via express company SF Express.
2. Residential, business addresses or SF network are acceptable, post office P.O. boxes is not accepted as recipient addresses.
3. The goods will be sent to the address provided upon checkout, and each order will only be shipped to one recipient address. If you would like to ship to more than one recipient address, please create another order.

Estimated Delivery Time

1. It takes 2-3 working days to proceed the order and will be sent it out within 3 working days, this will also be subjected to the actual storage.
2. After the goods are sent, it usually takes 1-2 working days to reach the appointed address. The actual delivery situation is subjected to the express company.

Delivery Notification / Shipping Address Change Request

1. Once payment is confirmed, the order confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.
2. After delivery, we will send the “delivery reminder” to the customer’s email address.
3. Customers cannot change the delivery address after the goods are sent.
4. If the customer is not able to receive the order due to personal reasons, please contact us as soon as possible for further arrangement.

Others

1. JASC Group International Holdings Limited and Grahams Natural Hong Kong reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. In case of any disputes, JASC Group International Holdings Limited and Grahams Natural Hong Kong reserve the right of final decision.

Exchange policy

1. In case if customers do not satisfy with the purchased products, customer may return the item in its original condition and request for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days after order placement for arrangement. Please send us the sales invoice and the products to be replaced (with its accompanying gifts) to the address provided by us for product(s) exchange arrangement. All shipping charges arising from the replacement of the goods will be borne by the customer. .
2. The products to be exchange must be in a brand new unopened and unused status, and should be properly packed. Goods that have been unsealed or used will not be replaced. We will inspect the returned goods for exchange decision. If we have reasonable doubt that the product is not new or being opened or used, the customer’s request for exchange will not be accepted.
3. Product exchange is subject to stock availability.
